Multimarine has managed to develop a wealth of expertise in delivering quality fabrications on time. Our large portfolio of fabrications demonstrates our attempt to become market leaders in Cyprus and varies from structural fabrications to pipe work and subsea structures.

What’s more, we have managed to improve further the quality of our job, by developing up to date Welding Procedures and having all our welders certified to recognized standards.
Mutlimarine is the only company in Cyprus with extensive experience in the fabrication of offshore and subsea structures. Our cooperation with companies like TECHNIP and SAIPEM UK offered us the opportunity to gather a wealth of experience on completing fast track projects. What’s more, our level of service was formalized with the signing of Frame Agreements which include amongst others the Provision of Fabrication Services.
We have delivered an extensive range of subsea structures for a number of different projects such as the Simian Cut & Replace (TECHNIP), Burrullus and Taurt Projects (SAIPEM UK).
We have an impressive track record in quality and on time delivery. We understand the big financial implications of unplanned delays in the Oil and Gas Industry and with close co-operation with our clients we have never missed any deadlines.
Our Fabrication and Welding Workshop inside Limassol Port offers a comprehensive subsea fabrication package. The fact that we are based inside the Port enables us to have easy access to our Client’s vessels and significantly reduce movement of fabricated structures. Moreover, we believe in effective communication and we offer our clients full access to our premises for inspection and monitoring.
Multimarine is the preferred subcontractor of all Oil and Gas Multinationals in providing seafastening and mobilisation services when calling Limassol Port, Cyprus. With a Fabrication shop adjacent to the quayside, inside Limassol Port, we are able to provide a 24hr service, 7 days a week. Our exposure with a number of different subsea vessels and projects enabled us to build a wealth of experience in offering a comprehensive service to our clients.
During mobilizations of supply/construction vessels we provide multi-skilled, certified and experienced personnel such welders, burners, cutters, joiners, electricians, riggers, firewatchers and general assistants. We provide pre-fabricated seafastening plates and we undertake full mobilisation and demobilisation services. Such services include amongst other the removal of existing steel and pipe work, loading and welding of offshore structures and subsea equipment and NDT services. In contrary, during demobilizations we offer full deck reinstatement.
During such operations we use equipment such as welding machines, generators, grinders, gauging equipment, cutting gear sets and other relevant equipment. Machinery used include the provision of forklifts, and mobile cranes. Examples of vessels served so far include the following: MV Normand Cutter, CSO Constructor, Scandi Carla, Normand Vester, Normand Progress, Normand Carrier, Normand Pioneer, Maersk Reliance, REM Etive, Danica Red, Bourbon Trieste, Toisa Proteus and many others. |
